These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bey939 ("bey939", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bey939.net. To register and maintain an active account at bey939, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships are not eligible to hold bey939 player accounts.

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, account closure, or ban imposed by bey939 or any other gaming operator where such an exclusion extends to bey939.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any national or international responsible gaming body where that registration restricts access to gaming platforms.

bey939 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, address, and source of funds at any stage. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification — is a requirement of bey939's international gaming licence and anti-money laundering obligations. Commonly accepted documents include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), Pakistani passport, and recent utility bills or bank statements issued in Pakistan.

Each player is permitted to hold only one bey939 account. If bey939 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed. Winnings derived from duplicate accounts may be forfeited in full at bey939's discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bey939 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes associated with your account. bey939 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.

You must notify bey939 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bey939 may temporarily suspend your account pending an investigation.

Account information, including your registered Pakistani mobile number and email address, must be kept current. You are responsible for updating your contact information promptly should it change. bey939 uses your registered contact details for security verification, withdrawal processing, and promotional communications where you have opted in.

bey939 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by bey939;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to payment fraud, bonus abuse, and collusion;
• Instruction from law enforcement or regulatory authorities;
• Prolonged inactivity, subject to bey939's dormant account policy.

Dormant accounts — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month, deducted from any remaining balance. You will be notified at the registered email address before any inactivity fee is applied.

bey939 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. bey939 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice provided to players.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit at bey939 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bey939 at platform level, however individual payment method limits set by your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply. Deposits are credited to your bey939 balance in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method-specific limits. bey939 processes withdrawal requests within the following standard timeframes:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: 15 to 30 minutes
• Raast / 1LINK: 30 to 60 minutes
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: 1 to 3 hours

All withdrawal requests are subject to bey939's security review process. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals above certain thresholds will require completion of KYC verification before funds are released. bey939 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

bey939 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are not within bey939's control.

bey939 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time of offer.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all bey939 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus;
• bey939 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage;
• A single bonus may be active on your account at any one time unless the specific promotion states otherwise;
• Bonuses are issued in PKR and are non-transferable;

• bey939 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus if it determines the bonus was obtained through fraudulent activity or exploitation of a technical error.

Players who are found to be opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming the same bonus more than once ("bonus abuse") will have all associated accounts closed and any winnings derived from the duplicated bonus forfeited. bey939 uses automated and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse.

All bets and gaming activity at bey939 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. By placing a bet or initiating a game round at bey939, you confirm that you understand the rules of the product you are using.

Sports Betting: Odds are displayed and settled at the prices quoted at the time the bet is placed. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and are recorded by bey939's systems at the point of acceptance. bey939 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a technical error has resulted in materially incorrect odds being displayed.

Cricket Betting: bey939 offers PSL, T20I, ODI, and Test match betting markets. Match abandonment, no-result rulings, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments are handled in accordance with bey939's cricket betting rules published in the sports betting product section.

Live Casino: All bey939 Casino live dealer games use certified random number generators and operate under independent fair play audits. Game outcomes are determined at the point of resolution and cannot be altered after a round has concluded. Disconnection during a live casino game round does not entitle the player to a refund of the placed wager unless a system error is confirmed by bey939.

Slots: All slot games available at bey939 are supplied by licensed game providers and operate certified RNG systems. Payout percentages (RTP) for individual slot titles are available within the game information panel of each title.

bey939 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, data feed error, or human error has resulted in incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the player's account.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct at bey939 and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one bey939 account, whether in your own name or using another individual's details;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting pricing errors, technical glitches, or latency in live betting feeds to place bets with a guaranteed outcome ("arbing" in a manner that exploits system errors);
• Colluding with other players, whether at poker tables, live casino games, or any other multiplayer format available at bey939;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund your bey939 account;
• Engaging in money laundering, layering, or any other activity that uses bey939 to conceal the origin of funds;
• Providing false or forged identity documents during KYC verification;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bey939 staff or other players in any communication channel;
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with bey939's platform systems, code, or infrastructure.

bey939 reserves the right to report any suspected financial crime, including money laundering, to the relevant Pakistani and international authorities. Player funds associated with suspected criminal activity may be frozen pending investigation.

bey939 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Our responsible gaming framework is defined by and reviewed against the standards of our international gaming licence, and includes the following player protection measures available to all bey939 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from within your account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a minimum of 7 days.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a defined period of time.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per session, day, week, or month.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bey939 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any bey939 content without written authorisation;
• Scraping, crawling, or indexing bey939 platform data using automated tools;
• Creating derivative works based on any bey939 content, game design, or brand materials;
• Using the bey939 name or logo in any way that implies an affiliation or endorsement not authorised by bey939.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bey939 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the bey939 platform;
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, or events outside bey939's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure;
• Losses arising from the use of the bey939 platform on an unsupported or compromised device;
• Actions taken by bey939 in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension, bet voiding, or bonus removal where these actions are consistent with the Terms as published.

Where bey939 is found to be liable for a verifiable loss directly caused by bey939's own negligence, bey939's maximum total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you deposited to your bey939 account during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bey939's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

bey939 collects, processes, and stores personal data about you in accordance with the bey939 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bey939 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, email address, payment method details, betting and gaming history, and device and connection information for the following purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management;
• Processing deposits and withdrawal requests in PKR;
• Complying with KYC, anti-money laundering, and responsible gaming obligations;
• Providing customer support services;
• Sending promotional communications where you have opted in.

Nothing in this clause shall affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under Pakistani law.

Dispute Resolution Process: If you have a dispute with bey939, you should first contact the bey939 customer support team, who will attempt to resolve the matter informally within 5 business days. If the matter is not resolved at the first level, it will be escalated to a bey939 senior compliance officer for review within 10 business days.

If a dispute remains unresolved following the internal process, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution service designated under bey939's international gaming licence. bey939 will provide contact details for the applicable dispute resolution body upon request.

You agree that any formal legal proceedings against bey939 must be initiated within 12 months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
